Human Resources Manager

About the role

We are looking for a full‑time Human Resources Manager to lead all HR functions for our fast‑growing sales training organization in Kochi. You will partner with leadership to build a high‑performance culture that supports our mission of creating strong, motivated sales teams.

Key responsibilities

• Forecast hiring needs with senior leadership and manage end‑to‑end talent acquisition for sales and commercial roles.
• Design and deliver onboarding, training, and development programs in collaboration with sales training leaders.
• Administer compensation, benefits, and HRIS data while ensuring compliance with local labor regulations.
• Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and engagement initiatives to maintain an inclusive workplace.
• Develop, update, and enforce HR policies and procedures aligned with company values.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or related field; advanced HR certifications a plus.
• Proven experience as an HR Manager or Senior HR Generalist, preferably in a training, sales or rapid‑growth environment.
• Strong background in talent acquisition for sales/commercial positions.
• Demonstrated ability to manage performance, goal‑setting frameworks and employee engagement.

Required skills

• HRIS or HR software proficiency for secure employee data management.
