ODNODN Digital Services is seeking a people‑centric Human Resources Manager to shape an engaging, inclusive and high‑performing workplace. The role blends traditional HR operations with strategic culture‑building, employee engagement and leadership development initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Build and nurture a collaborative, high‑performing work culture.
• Act as a trusted HR partner, fostering strong relationships with employees and managers.
• Drive employee engagement, wellness, recognition and culture‑building programs.
• Conduct regular employee connects, feedback sessions and pulse checks.
• Promote an inclusive environment that encourages transparency, trust and continuous learning.
• Coach managers on people management, conflict resolution and team development.
• Resolve employee grievances with empathy and fairness.
• Lead learning and development initiatives for leadership and functional capabilities.
• Oversee performance management and appraisal processes.
• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment, onboarding and candidate experience.
• Handle HR operations, employee lifecycle management and documentation.
• Coordinate with payroll to ensure accurate processing.
• Implement HR policies and ensure compliance with labour laws.
• Prepare HR MIS, workforce reports and people analytics.
• Identify and implement process improvements aligned with business goals.
• Lead and mentor the HR team, fostering accountability and continuous improvement.
