About the role
You will be responsible for the efficient running of the Human Resources department at Hyatt Regency Lucknow, aligning with Hyatt International’s corporate strategies and brand standards while meeting the expectations of employees, guests and owners.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee day‑to‑day operations of the Personnel Department to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.
- Align HR activities with Hyatt’s People Philosophy and corporate strategies.
- Support the Director of Human Resources in implementing HR policies and initiatives across the hotel.
Required profile
- University degree or diploma in Human Resources Management, HR Development, Hospitality or Tourism Management.
- Minimum 2 years experience as a Human Resources Manager or Personnel Manager in a large operation.
- Strong problem‑solving, administrative and interpersonal abilities.
