Sourcing Recruiter – Global Supply Services

About the role

Amazon is seeking a talented Sourcing Recruiter to join its North American Operations recruiting team. In this role you will focus on identifying and engaging top distribution and operations talent across the United States, supporting rapid growth and delivering high‑quality service to internal hiring managers.

Key responsibilities

• Proactively source passive candidates using Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, X‑ray and other channels.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified talent through market research and relationship management.
• Conduct in‑depth interviews, assess candidate motivation and fit, and deliver high offer‑to‑interview ratios.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and prioritize searches against SLAs.
• Develop and refine recruiting processes to improve efficiency and quality.

Required profile

• Demonstrated ability to manage high‑volume searches and meet tight timelines.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with a customer‑service mindset.
• Experience setting benchmarks, tracking metrics, and delivering against service level agreements.
• Ability to prioritize, push back when needed, and maintain urgency.
