Human Resources Manager

About the role

The Human Resources Manager will be based on-site in Navi Mumbai, leading the full employee lifecycle for Dignisys Digital. This full‑time position focuses on recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and off‑boarding while ensuring compliance with local labor regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, performance reviews, and off‑boarding processes.
• Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies and procedures.
• Manage employee relations and ensure compliance with Ethiopian (as referenced) and Indian labor laws.
• Support talent development through training initiatives, succession planning, and performance management.
• Maintain accurate HR records, coordinate payroll and benefits, and partner with leadership to align HR strategy with business goals.

Required profile

• Proven experience in core HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.
• Knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and labor law compliance.
• Strong communication, conflict‑resolution, and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to design and implement training, development, and engagement programs.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management or related field; HR certifications are a plus.
• Prior experience in a technology or services company is advantageous.
