Consultant – TA Social Media Recruiting

About the role

We are looking for a Consultant specialized in Talent Acquisition through social media channels. The role focuses on sourcing and engaging candidates using job boards, professional networking platforms and social media tools to build a strong talent pipeline.

Key responsibilities

• Source resumes and candidate profiles from job sites and professional networking sites.
• Utilize social media platforms to attract passive candidates and promote open positions.
• Maintain and update candidate information in Applicant Tracking Systems such as Taleo or SAP.
• Apply passive sourcing techniques (AIRS) to identify market trends and gather intelligence on target companies and candidates.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand business needs and ensure a high‑quality candidate experience.

Required profile

• 2–6 years of experience sourcing resumes via job sites and professional networking platforms.
• Any undergraduate degree; MBA in HR is a plus.
• Strong communication and problem‑solving abilities.
• Attention to detail and solid understanding of business requirements.

Required skills

• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., Taleo, SAP).
• Hands‑on knowledge of passive sourcing techniques (AIRS).
• Proficiency in using job boards and professional networking sites for recruitment.
