Human Resources Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Human Resources Manager to lead the full employee lifecycle for our Jaipur office. This full‑time, on‑site position will shape HR policies, ensure compliance, and foster an inclusive culture that supports our growth in the gemstone and jewelry sector.

Key responsibilities

• Manage recruitment, onboarding, performance management and employee engagement.
• Develop, implement and maintain HR policies in line with Indian labour laws.
• Provide guidance on workforce planning, organisational development and succession planning.
• Handle employee relations, grievance and conflict resolution.
• Oversee HR operations such as attendance, leave records and documentation.
• Coordinate training and development programmes to build employee capabilities.

Required profile

• Solid experience in core HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, performance management and employee relations.
• Strong knowledge of HR policies, labour law compliance and best practices in workplace ethics and diversity.
• Excellent organisational, analytical and communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field; HR certification is a plus.
