Human Resources Manager

About the role

CGH Earth Experience is seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to lead HR operations at one of its luxury hospitality properties. The role focuses on aligning people practices with business goals while preserving the brand’s unique culture and values.

Key responsibilities

• Lead day‑to‑day HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement.
• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment processes to ensure timely hiring.
• Coordinate onboarding, induction, and confirmation procedures.
• Develop and implement employee welfare and engagement initiatives.
• Address employee concerns and facilitate grievance resolution.
• Oversee performance management and annual appraisal cycles.
• Identify training needs and coordinate learning and development programmes.
• Handle payroll inputs, attendance, leave management, and maintain employee records.
• Ensure compliance with labour laws and statutory requirements.
• Maintain accurate HR documentation and HRIS records.
• Support succession planning, talent development, and retention strategies.
• Partner with department heads to meet manpower and business objectives.
• Prepare HR reports and assist with internal and external audits.

Required profile

• MBA or postgraduate degree in Human Resources Management or equivalent.
• 8–12 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3–5 years in a senior HR managerial role within luxury hospitality.
• Proven ability to manage end‑to‑end HR operations independently.
