Human Resources Executive – Operations

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Human Resources Executive to support our Operations function in Bengaluru. You will play a key role in onboarding new talent, maintaining employee records, and ensuring smooth HR‑operations processes for our fast‑growing food‑tech business.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate new‑joiner onboarding, create employee IDs and keep HR system records up‑to‑date.
• Maintain and update employee information in HR databases and trackers, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
• Coordinate with external vendors for background checks, monitor progress and close pending cases on time.
• Prepare and issue HR documents such as offer letters, confirmation letters, transfer letters and other related communications.
• Verify vendor invoices, liaise with Finance and ensure timely payment for HR‑related services.
• Support internal and external HR audits by providing required documentation and ensuring compliance with statutory and organisational requirements.

Required profile

• Strong eye for detail and accuracy.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel and HR systems/tools.
• Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
• Graduate or postgraduate degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
