Human Resources Executive

About the role

WTT INTERNATIONAL is seeking a Human Resources Executive to join its Tiruppur office. This full‑time, on‑site position will oversee the complete employee lifecycle, from recruitment to off‑boarding, ensuring smooth HR operations in a fast‑paced industrial environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment, onboarding, and employee records.
• Support payroll processing, attendance tracking, and statutory compliance.
• Coordinate performance reviews and assist with training and development initiatives.
• Address employee queries and promote a positive, inclusive workplace culture.
• Collaborate with management on workforce planning and HR reporting.

Required profile

• Demonstrated experience in core HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and HR administration.
• Knowledge of labor laws, statutory compliance, and HR policies relevant to industrial and manufacturing settings.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and conflict‑resolution abilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; HR certifications are a plus.
• Prior experience in industrial, manufacturing, or environmental services sectors is preferred.

Required skills

• Proficiency with HR software or HRIS systems.
• Basic Microsoft Office (MS Office) skills for documentation and reporting.
