HR Executive – Recruitment & Employee Relations

About the role

The Human Resources Executive will support TechnoSport’s HR function by managing recruitment, maintaining employee records, and ensuring smooth day‑to‑day HR operations. Based in Tiruppur, the role combines administrative precision with employee engagement activities in a fast‑paced textile environment.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct end‑to‑end recruitment: source candidates, screen resumes, coordinate interviews and oversee onboarding.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation, ensuring compliance with internal policies.
• Assist internal and external audits by providing required HR documents and reports.
• Support daily HR operations, including employee coordination, administrative tasks and preparation of HR trackers.
• Organise employee engagement events, welfare programs and other HR initiatives.
• Prepare periodic HR reports and dashboards as needed.

Required profile

• MBA/MSW/PGDM in Human Resources or a bachelor’s degree with relevant HR experience.
• 2–3 years of experience, preferably in the textile or apparel sector.
• Strong communication, coordination and organizational abilities.
• Ability to handle confidential information and work in a high‑tempo environment.
• Fluency in Hindi (spoken) and preference for candidates residing in Tamil Nadu.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office.
