Human Resources Manager (2W Division)

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Human Resources Manager to lead HR activities for the two‑wheel vehicle division of Suryabala Group, a leading automotive company in Tamil Nadu. The role will oversee recruitment, onboarding, employee relations and compliance, supporting the company’s rapid expansion in the EV market.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment for the 2W division, from job posting to selection.
• Coordinate employee onboarding, induction and maintain all related documentation.
• Maintain accurate employee records, attendance logs and ensure HR compliance.
• Drive performance management processes and employee engagement initiatives.
• Provide payroll inputs, handle leave administration and statutory compliance.
• Address employee grievances and foster a positive workplace culture.
• Collaborate with business heads to forecast and fulfil manpower needs.
• Ensure strict adherence to company HR policies and procedures.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum three years of HR experience, preferably in the automobile or retail sector.
• Strong recruitment and employee‑relations capabilities.
• Good knowledge of labour laws and statutory compliance.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Experience with HRMS software.
