Human Resources Executive (Entry Level)

About the role

We are looking for an entry‑level Human Resources Executive to own the day‑to‑day people processes at Zapplr Media, a fast‑growing influencer marketing agency in Kochi. You will work closely with the founder and leadership to build HR practices from the ground up while supporting a creative, high‑energy team.

Key responsibilities

• Manage talent acquisition: post jobs, source, screen, coordinate interviews, and handle offers and onboarding.
• Oversee people operations: maintain employee records, attendance, leave, answer daily queries, and support exit formalities.
• Drive performance & engagement: coordinate review cycles, track goals, flag issues, and organise team celebrations and initiatives.
• Contribute to culture and admin: help shape a high‑trust environment, assist with basic compliance and policy documentation, and support general people‑related coordination as the company scales.

Required profile

• Degree in HR, Management, Psychology or related field (MBA‑HR a plus).
• 0–1 years of HR experience or strong internships.
• Excellent communication in English and Malayalam; additional South Indian languages a bonus.
• Highly organised, detail‑oriented and able to handle confidential information.
• Genuine interest in people and building HR processes from scratch.
