Human Resource Business Partner

About the role

As a Human Resource Business Partner at Louis Vuitton, you will act as a trusted advisor to the Retail leadership team, helping to shape a high-performance culture that reflects the Maison’s values and ambitions. You will partner closely with senior HR managers and business leaders to design and implement strategic people initiatives that attract, develop, and retain top talent.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment strategies, including campus engagement and early-talent programs, to build a strong talent pipeline.
• Design and deliver learning journeys, mentoring, and experiential development to support career progression and internal mobility.
• Provide strategic HR advisory on organizational design, change management, and succession planning.
• Manage employee relations with fairness, equip managers with guidance, and promote an inclusive work environment.
• Drive employee engagement, DE&I initiatives, and local CSR projects aligned with LVMH Group priorities.
• Ensure HR operations excellence, maintain data accuracy, support compensation processes, and deliver HR projects in collaboration with key stakeholders.

Required profile

• Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or similar generalist role, preferably in retail or luxury sectors.
• Strong understanding of talent acquisition, development, and employee relations.
• Ability to act as a strategic advisor and influence senior leaders.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Commitment to fostering diversity, equity, and inclusion.
