HR Recruiter – IT Talent Acquisition

About the role

We are seeking a result‑oriented HR Recruiter to join our talent acquisition team in Jaipur. The role focuses on sourcing, screening, and closing candidates for a variety of IT positions across India, supporting both permanent and contract hiring needs.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the end‑to‑end recruitment cycle for IT roles nationwide.
• Source candidates via Naukri/Resdex, LinkedIn, Indeed, job portals, referrals and other channels.
• Interpret client requirements and match suitable candidates.
• Conduct initial telephonic/virtual interviews and coordinate subsequent interview rounds.
• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers with regular updates.
• Provide timely feedback to candidates and clients, and follow up until joining.
• Achieve daily, weekly and monthly recruitment targets.

Required profile

• Graduate in any discipline.
• 6 months to 1 year of full‑time IT recruitment experience.
• Strong understanding of IT roles, technologies and skill requirements.
• Experience with FTE, C2H and C2C hiring models.
• Hands‑on experience with Naukri/Resdex, LinkedIn, Indeed and similar portals.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a target‑driven, fast‑paced environment.
