HR Recruiter – Full‑Time – Bengaluru

About the role

Aldecor is looking for an energetic HR Recruiter to own the end‑to‑end hiring process. You will engage with candidates across multiple levels, conduct high‑volume outreach, and help the company grow by filling key positions.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements and skill sets.
• Source candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and professional networks.
• Conduct outbound cold calls and handle inbound applicant inquiries.
• Screen candidates via phone, assess fit, availability, notice period, and salary expectations.
• Shortlist and present qualified candidates to hiring managers with concise summaries.
• Coordinate interview schedules (phone, video, in‑person) and maintain clear communication throughout the process.
• Negotiate offers, finalize terms, and support onboarding documentation and orientation.
• Maintain the ATS and candidate database, tracking metrics such as time‑to‑fill and source yield.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• 0‑2 years of recruitment or talent‑acquisition experience.
• Strong verbal communication and phone etiquette.
• Ability to prioritize, multitask and meet hiring targets.
• Attention to detail and basic negotiation skills.

Required skills

• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
