HR Recruiter – Full‑Time (Bangalore)

About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic HR Recruiter to join our Bangalore office on a full‑time basis. You will support a variety of hiring needs across blue‑collar, white‑collar and bulk recruitment for multiple industries.

Key responsibilities

• Understand client hiring requirements and translate them into job descriptions.
• Source candidates via LinkedIn, job portals, social media, databases and referrals.
• Manage high‑volume and individual hiring for roles such as delivery executives, warehouse staff, sales, support, technicians and IT professionals.
• Screen resumes, conduct initial phone screens and assess basic suitability.
• Explain job details, salary, location and shifts to candidates.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams and maintain regular follow‑ups.
• Update candidate databases, recruitment trackers and handle offer, documentation and joining activities.
• Simultaneously manage multiple requisitions and meet recruitment targets.

Required profile

• 0–3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in blue‑collar, white‑collar or bulk hiring.
• Freshers with strong communication skills and a keen interest in HR are also welcome.
• Ability to handle multiple hiring requirements and work in a fast‑paced environment.

What we offer

• Salary of ₹16,000 per month for freshers; experienced candidates compensated based on prior salary and experience.
