HR Recruiter (Full-Time)

About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic HR Recruiter to join our Bangalore office on a full‑time, on‑site basis. You will support a variety of hiring needs across blue‑collar, white‑collar and bulk recruitment for multiple industries.

Key responsibilities

• Understand client hiring requirements and translate them into detailed job descriptions.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, databases, social media, referrals and other channels.
• Manage high‑volume hiring as well as individual position recruitment.
• Screen resumes, shortlist candidates and conduct initial screening calls.
• Explain job details, salary, location, shifts and other requirements to candidates.
• Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring teams.
• Maintain regular follow‑ups with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
• Handle offer, documentation and joining activities, ensuring smooth onboarding.

Required profile

• 0–3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in blue‑collar, white‑collar or bulk hiring.
• Fresh graduates with strong communication skills and a keen interest in HR are welcome.
• Ability to manage multiple hiring requirements simultaneously and meet targets.
