About the role
We are seeking an experienced HR Recruiter to lead our talent acquisition efforts in Bilaspur. The successful candidate will manage end‑to‑end recruitment processes, focusing on high‑volume hiring and ensuring timely delivery of talent to meet business needs.
Key responsibilities
- Drive bulk hiring initiatives to fill large numbers of positions efficiently.
- Plan and execute recruitment drives, Rozgar Melas, campus hiring events, and other talent sourcing campaigns.
- Maintain and improve recruitment turnaround time (TAT) to meet organizational targets.
- Utilize multiple job portals and sourcing channels to attract qualified candidates.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and selection criteria.
Required profile
- Minimum of 5 years of hands‑on recruitment experience.
- Proven track record in bulk hiring and managing recruitment drives.
- Demonstrated ability to achieve recruitment TAT targets.
- Strong communication and coordination skills for campus and public hiring events.
Required skills
- Expertise in using job portals and diverse sourcing channels.
