Recruiter (Full-time, On-site)

About the role

This full-time, on‑site Recruiter position is based in Bilaspur. You will own the end‑to‑end hiring process, from sourcing candidates to coordinating interviews, while ensuring a positive experience for both candidates and hiring managers.

Key responsibilities

• Source and attract qualified talent through job portals, social media and professional networks.
• Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews and assess candidate fit.
• Create and post job advertisements, maintaining up‑to‑date candidate pipelines.
• Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers and provide regular recruitment updates.
• Maintain accurate recruitment records and support onboarding activities.
• Collaborate with leadership to understand staffing needs and contribute to employer branding initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Prior experience in recruitment or HR coordination, preferably in real‑estate or service‑oriented sectors.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to inclusive, non‑discriminatory hiring practices.
• Ability to work on‑site in Bilaspur and manage multiple open roles simultaneously.

Required skills

• Proficiency with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Competence in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
