HR Operational Excellence Specialist

About the role

Capgemini is looking for an HR Operational Excellence Specialist to act as the primary point of contact for level‑2 client escalations and to drive continuous improvement across HR services. You will work closely with stakeholders, clients and internal teams to ensure high‑quality employee experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the main contact for level‑2 escalations from clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to understand needs and ensure timely resolution.
• Provide guidance and support to team members and the Delivery Manager.
• Collaborate with clients and subject‑matter experts to identify service and process improvement opportunities.
• Monitor employee satisfaction, analyse trends and recommend enhancements.
• Lead special projects and initiatives assigned by senior management.

Required profile

• Proven expertise in HR services, especially employee engagement, service delivery or operations.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
• Experience collaborating with cross‑functional teams and influencing stakeholders.
• Customer‑centric mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional employee experiences.
