HR Manager

About the role

An experienced HR Manager is sought to strengthen the HR framework by setting strong policies, aligning employee key results areas with business goals and managing end-to-end HR operations. The role balances strategic HR initiatives with day-to-day execution and suits a 6-day working week in Gurugram.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, implement and update HR policies, processes and guidelines aligned with company objectives and labour laws
• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and internal HR governance
• Advise leadership and employees on HR policies and best practices
• Design and manage the performance management framework
• Work with department heads to define, align and track employee KRAs/KPIs, and drive performance reviews, feedback and improvement plans
• Manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and onboarding, and build a talent pipeline
• Oversee day-to-day HR operations, including employee lifecycle management, documentation and HR records
• Support onboarding, engagement and offboarding, and maintain HR data, reports and dashboards
• Address employee concerns, support development and retention, and promote a positive workplace culture

Required profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field
• 3-6 years of HR experience, preferably in a generalist or HR leadership role

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of HR policies, performance management systems and HR operations
• Experience designing and implementing KRA/KPI frameworks
• Strong communication, stakeholder management and problem-solving skills
