HR Manager – HR Operations

About the role

We are seeking a senior HR professional to lead end‑to‑end HR operations for Ilios Power’s head office and project sites. The role oversees the full employee lifecycle, ensuring compliance, payroll accuracy and strong employee engagement across our renewable‑energy business.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end HR operations and the employee lifecycle for corporate and project locations.
• Lead recruitment and manpower planning for both corporate and site positions.
• Oversee payroll, attendance, leave management and HRMS administration.
• Ensure statutory compliance with PF, ESI, gratuity, bonus, minimum wages, labour laws and contract labour requirements.
• Drive performance appraisal, training & development and employee engagement initiatives.
• Handle employee grievances, disciplinary matters and overall employee relations.
• Support project/site teams with workforce deployment and HR‑related requirements.
• Prepare HR MIS reports covering headcount, recruitment, attrition and manpower status.
• Maintain HR policies, processes and documentation and supervise related administrative activities.

Required profile

• MBA or PGDM in Human Resources (mandatory).
• 15+ years of overall HR experience with strong exposure to HR operations.
• Proven experience in recruitment, payroll, compliance, performance management, training & development and administration.
• Preferable background in solar, renewable energy, EPC, power, infrastructure or construction.
• Experience managing project/site workforce and multi‑location HR operations is an advantage.
• Excellent communication, leadership, problem‑solving and people‑management abilities.
