HR Executive – Full‑time, On‑site in West Delhi

About the role

SIVAARA, a fast‑growing health and wellness brand, is looking for a dedicated HR Executive to own the people function across its high‑intensity telesales and operations teams in West Delhi. You will work directly with the Founder and be responsible for end‑to‑end HR processes, from hiring to performance management.

Key responsibilities

• Lead full‑cycle recruitment for multilingual telesales agents, team leaders, logistics, inventory, MIS and support roles.
• Design and execute a structured onboarding program, including documentation, background checks and training coordination.
• Manage daily attendance, discipline, leave policies and ensure compliance with company standards.
• Coordinate with finance for monthly payroll inputs, incentives and overtime calculations.
• Partner with MIS and Operations to map performance metrics to incentive policies and produce monthly HR dashboards.
• Maintain HR documentation such as appointment letters, NDAs and policy manuals.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of HR experience, preferably in telesales, call‑center, D2C or BPO environments.
• Proven ability to handle high‑volume hiring and manage multi‑language teams.
• Strong understanding of attendance tracking, payroll processing and HR compliance.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work closely with senior leadership.
