HR Coordinator (New Delhi Aerocity)

About the role

The Holiday Inn New Delhi Aerocity is looking for an enthusiastic HR Coordinator to support its people operations. This entry‑level position will act as the first point of contact for colleagues on HR matters and help ensure smooth daily HR processes within the hotel.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate the hotel’s recruitment activities, from posting vacancies to scheduling interviews.
• Maintain and regularly update HR‑related records and employee files.
• Facilitate effective communication with colleagues through multiple channels.
• Support compliance with statutory HR requirements and monitor attendance.
• Oversee colleague facilities such as lockers, cafeteria, transportation, and accommodation.
• Manage the “Heart of the House” updates and drive engagement initiatives.
• Serve as a reliable point of contact for all employee queries.
• Assist with IHG‑wide people initiatives and promote an accessible HR presence.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or a related field (post‑graduation desirable).
• 0–1 year of experience in a human resources or administrative role.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a friendly, welcoming attitude.
