HR Business Partner

About the role

Solar Square is seeking an HR Business Partner to support its growing solar rooftop installation business. You will help shape a positive workplace culture while ensuring compliance with HR policies and labor regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with management to align HR strategies with business objectives.
• Lead talent acquisition efforts to attract top talent.
• Manage employee relations and resolve workplace issues.
• Develop and implement HR policies that uphold company culture.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
• Oversee payroll and benefits administration for accuracy and timeliness.
• Design and deliver training and development programs.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and employment law.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proven ability to maintain confidentiality and act with integrity.

Required skills

• Proficiency in HR software.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
