Housekeeping Supervisor – Luxury Resort

About the role

The Housekeeping Supervisor will lead the housekeeping team at Six Senses Fort Barwara, ensuring the resort’s standards of cleanliness, hygiene and guest experience are consistently met. You will be responsible for training new staff, coordinating with other departments and maintaining operational efficiency across all service areas.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct orientation and ongoing training for housekeeping staff to meet service standards.
• Communicate regularly with other departments to support smooth operations.
• Monitor daily arrivals and coordinate with laundry and housekeeping management.
• Supervise and inspect rooms and public areas, ensuring high standards of order, sanitation and aesthetic value.
• Maintain housekeeping office and storage areas in good condition.
• Uphold Six Senses guidelines, LQA standards and guest feedback requirements.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality diploma or degree preferred.
• Minimum 2 years experience in a similar supervisory role within a luxury hotel or resort.
• Fluent English communication skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Familiarity with hotel property management systems (PMS), point‑of‑sale (POS) and customer‑relationship‑management (CRM) platforms.
