Housekeeping Supervisor

About the role

Lohono Stays by Isprava is seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor to lead the daily cleaning operations across its luxury holiday homes. You will ensure that guest rooms and public areas meet the brand’s high standards of cleanliness, comfort, and safety.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of housekeeping staff.
• Inspect guest rooms and public areas to verify compliance with cleanliness standards.
• Assign tasks, provide on‑the‑job training and monitor performance of housekeeping associates.
• Manage inventory of cleaning supplies, linens, and guest amenities.
• Handle guest requests and resolve complaints related to housekeeping services.
• Enforce health and safety protocols throughout the property.
• Maintain staff duty rosters and attendance records.

Required profile

• Diploma in Hotel Management or equivalent; 10+2 with relevant experience.
• Strong attention to detail and proactive attitude.
• Good interpersonal and leadership abilities.
• Problem‑solving skills and organized work style.
• Own two‑wheeler vehicle is mandatory.

Required skills

• Knowledge of housekeeping SOPs and quality standards.
• Team management and scheduling expertise.
• Understanding of hygiene, safety, and hospitality protocols.
