Housekeeping Room Attendant

About the role

HIBISCUS HOTEL is seeking a dedicated Housekeeping Room Attendant to join its on‑site team in Noida. You will play a key part in delivering a clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment for all guests.

Key responsibilities

• Clean and organize guest rooms and bathrooms, including changing linens, making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and restocking amenities.
• Handle laundry operations: sort, wash, dry, fold, and store towels and linens correctly.
• Inspect rooms for maintenance or safety issues and report any concerns promptly.
• Interact courteously with guests, respond to basic requests, and support front‑of‑house staff.
• Collaborate closely with other housekeeping team members to ensure smooth hotel operations.

Required profile

• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow cleaning and hygiene standards.
• Basic laundry skills and experience with sorting, washing, drying, and folding.
• Good communication and customer‑service orientation.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and move carts throughout the shift.
• Reliability, punctuality, and flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed.
• Previous housekeeping or hotel experience is preferred but not mandatory.
