Housekeeping On‑the‑Job Trainee – Path to Attendant

About the role

This position offers a hands‑on, three‑month on‑the‑job training program in housekeeping operations. You will work under supervision, learn cleaning procedures, hygiene standards, and safety protocols, with the aim of progressing to a permanent Housekeeping Attendant role.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in structured training covering cleaning SOPs, equipment use, and chemical handling.
• Assist senior attendants in daily cleaning of guest areas, gaming floor, back‑of‑house, and restrooms.
• Learn and apply waste‑management, sanitation, and supply‑replenishment procedures.
• Maintain discipline, punctuality, grooming standards, and minimal guest disruption.
• Complete required training sessions, assessments, and performance evaluations.

Required profile

• Minimum 10th grade education; freshers welcome.
• Physically fit for standing, bending, and manual work over extended periods.
• Basic communication skills in Hindi or English.
• Willingness to learn, follow instructions, and work rotational shifts (including nights, weekends, holidays).
