About the role
The Guest Services Associate in Housekeeping ensures that all guest rooms, public areas and executive offices are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness, safety and comfort. Working within Accor’s hospitality network, you will contribute directly to guest satisfaction and the hotel’s operational profitability.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain impeccable cleanliness and hygiene in assigned guest rooms, corridors, public spaces and executive offices.
- Handle departmental master keys and other security keys to guarantee guest safety and property protection.
- Provide courteous, helpful interaction with guests and colleagues at all times.
- Support the housekeeping team by coordinating tasks, ensuring seamless cooperation with other hotel departments.
- Respond promptly to guest inquiries and resolve issues to enhance satisfaction.
- Report any matters that could affect hotel interests to management.
Required profile
- Warm and caring personality with a professional, welcoming attitude.
- Ability to anticipate and focus on guest needs.
- Excellent organizational and time‑management abilities.
- Previous housekeeping experience is an asset.
