Housekeeping Guest Service Associate (Full‑time)

About the role

The Housekeeping Guest Service Associate (GSA) is a full‑time, on‑site position at Aqua Terra Resort in Talala, Gujarat. You will ensure guest rooms and public areas are clean, comfortable, and well‑presented, contributing to a memorable stay for visitors exploring the Gir region.

Key responsibilities

• Clean and maintain guest rooms, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, changing linens, and restocking amenities.
• Maintain public areas such as lobbies, corridors, and restrooms to high hygiene standards.
• Perform laundry duties: washing, drying, ironing, and organizing linens, towels, and uniforms.
• Respond promptly and courteously to guest requests and concerns.
• Coordinate with front‑office and maintenance teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Follow safety, hygiene, and sanitation procedures and participate in ongoing training.
• Support the housekeeping supervisor in daily operational tasks.

Required profile

• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high cleanliness standards.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift moderate weights for extended periods.
• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and varying shifts as required.
• Prior experience in resort or hotel housekeeping is an advantage.

Required skills
