Housekeeping Guest Service Associate – Full-time (On-site)

About the role

This full‑time, on‑site position is based in Daman and focuses on delivering high‑quality housekeeping and guest service within a hotel environment. You will ensure rooms and public areas are clean, safe, and welcoming while responding promptly to guest needs.

Key responsibilities

• Clean and maintain guest rooms and public areas, including making beds, replacing linens, sanitising bathrooms and replenishing amenities.
• Respond courteously to guest requests, assist with special room setups, and handle guest belongings with care.
• Report maintenance issues or safety concerns to the appropriate teams.
• Follow housekeeping checklists and adhere to health and safety guidelines.
• Collaborate with front‑office and other departments to ensure smooth guest arrivals, stays and departures.
• Maintain an organised housekeeping cart and support a clean, secure environment throughout the property.

Required profile

• Strong guest interaction, customer service and communication skills.
• Basic understanding of reservations processes to coordinate room readiness.
• Attention to detail, time‑management and ability to follow cleaning protocols.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, bend and lift moderate weights for extended periods.
• Reliability, punctuality and flexibility to work shifts including weekends and holidays.
• Prior housekeeping or hotel operations experience is preferred but not mandatory; training may be provided.
