Housekeeping – Guest Room & Public Area Cleaning

About the role

We are seeking dedicated housekeeping staff to ensure guest rooms and public areas of our Novotel hotel in Bengaluru are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and comfort.

Key responsibilities

• Clean and prepare guest rooms, change linens, replenish toiletries and restock amenities.
• Inspect rooms for maintenance issues and report them to the supervisor.
• Maintain lobbies, hallways and other public areas, ensuring a high level of cleanliness.
• Respond promptly to guest requests for additional items or cleaning services.
• Collect, deliver and manage guest laundry according to hotel procedures.
• Maintain housekeeping supplies, report shortages and ensure proper storage of cleaning equipment and chemicals.
• Follow health and safety guidelines to provide a safe working environment.
• Adhere to hotel policies, including handling of lost and found items.
