About the role
The Housekeeping Attendant is a full-time, on-site role based at our property in Giridih. This position is responsible for cleaning and maintaining guest rooms, corridors, and public areas to established brand standards.
Key responsibilities
- Make beds, replenish linens and amenities, dust and vacuum guest rooms.
- Clean bathrooms and ensure all areas are hygienic and presentable.
- Handle laundry items, including sorting and proper care of linens.
- Report maintenance issues and follow safety and sanitation procedures.
- Respond to guest requests promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and front‑office teams to support smooth operations.
Required profile
- Strong organization skills and attention to detail.
- Effective communication and customer‑service abilities.
- Basic laundry handling skills.
- Ability to follow training, SOPs, safety, hygiene and brand standards.
- Physical ability to stand, walk, bend and lift moderate weights for extended periods.
- Reliability, punctuality and a positive attitude toward teamwork and guest service.
