Housekeeping Attendant

About the role

We are looking for a dedicated Housekeeping Attendant to join our luxury resort in Dapoli. This full‑time, on‑site position ensures guest rooms, bathrooms and public areas are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation.

Key responsibilities

• Clean and tidy guest rooms, change linens and make beds.
• Refresh bathroom amenities and replenish guest supplies.
• Handle laundry operations, including sorting, washing and folding.
• Maintain cleanliness of public corridors, lobby and service areas.
• Respond promptly to guest requests and report any maintenance issues.
• Follow safety, hygiene and housekeeping protocols at all times.

Required profile

• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high‑quality service.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with guests and team members.
• Reliable, punctual and able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, bend and lift moderate weights throughout the shift.
• Previous experience in housekeeping, hospitality or lodging is preferred, but training is provided.

Required skills

• Proficiency in standard housekeeping procedures and room turnover.
• Experience with laundry equipment and fabric care.
• Knowledge of safety and sanitation standards in a hospitality environment.
