Housekeeping Attendant (GSA)

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Housekeeping Attendant to maintain clean, hygienic, and safe guest areas in our hotel. You will work closely with other hotel departments to ensure a high level of guest satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in assigned guest rooms and public areas.
• Manage departmental master keys and other keys to ensure guest and property security.
• Inspect and prepare room linen, replace soiled linens, and ensure proper placement of amenities.
• Monitor and control the use of supplies, equipment, and materials.
• Follow lost‑and‑found, fire‑exit, and safety procedures consistently.
• Coordinate with other hotel departments to support seamless service delivery.
• Respond promptly to guest inquiries and resolve issues to ensure satisfaction.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Hotel Management or equivalent qualification.
• 0‑1 year of experience in housekeeping or a related hospitality role.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high cleanliness standards.
• Ability to work punctual, follow schedules, and adhere to safety protocols.
