About the role
The Housekeeping Associate joins the Guest Environment team at a JW Marriott property in Goa, delivering a memorable and unique experience for guests through meticulous cleaning and attentive service.
Key responsibilities
- Clean and maintain guest rooms, public areas, and back‑of‑house spaces to Marriott quality standards.
- Respond promptly to guest requests, restock carts, and ensure all amenities are replenished.
- Follow safety procedures, company policies, and confidentiality guidelines at all times.
- Maintain a professional appearance, uniform, and communication style.
- Perform physical tasks such as standing, walking, lifting and moving objects up to 50 lb without assistance.
Required profile
- Ability to work on feet for extended periods and handle a hands‑on, fast‑paced environment.
- Commitment to safety, quality standards, and guest satisfaction.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
