Housekeeping Associate – Hotel Guest Services

About the role

We are seeking a dedicated Housekeeping Associate to join the Housekeeping Department at Kyriad Prestige Ilkal. The role focuses on maintaining high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation throughout the hotel to ensure guest comfort and satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Clean and maintain guest rooms, bathrooms, corridors, public areas and other assigned zones according to hotel standards.
• Prepare rooms for new arrivals, change bed linen, towels and replenish amenities.
• Use cleaning chemicals and equipment safely while following proper procedures.
• Report maintenance issues, damages, lost‑and‑found items and any irregularities to the supervisor.
• Respond promptly and courteously to guest requests related to housekeeping services.
• Coordinate with Front Office and other departments to ensure smooth guest services.
• Assist with deep cleaning, periodic cleaning and special assignments as needed.
• Maintain housekeeping equipment, trolleys and storage areas in an organized condition.

Required profile

• Minimum education: 10th/12th standard; Hotel Management qualification or relevant certification is an advantage.
• Freshers and candidates with relevant hotel housekeeping experience are welcome to apply.
• Previous experience in a hotel or hospitality environment is preferred.
• Positive attitude, attention to detail and commitment to excellent hospitality service.
