About the role
The Housekeeping Associate is responsible for ensuring that guest rooms and public areas of the hotel are clean, well‑maintained, and meet the brand’s standards of hygiene and presentation. This role works closely with the Front Office and other hotel departments to deliver a comfortable and pleasant stay for guests.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of guest rooms and public areas.
- Arrange rooms according to hotel standards and ensure all amenities are properly placed.
- Handle cleaning, replenishment, and management of housekeeping supplies.
- Report maintenance issues and guest requirements promptly to the relevant teams.
- Follow hotel grooming, hygiene, and safety standards at all times.
- Coordinate with the Front Office and other departments to fulfill guest requests.
- Provide courteous and professional service to guests throughout their stay.
Required profile
- Minimum education: 10th/12th pass; Hotel Management qualification preferred.
- 0–2 years of experience in housekeeping or related hospitality roles; freshers are welcome.
