Housekeeping Associate – Delhi

About the role

Minimalist Hotels is seeking a Housekeeping Associate to uphold the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene across guest rooms and public areas in its Delhi property. You will play a vital role in delivering a comfortable and memorable stay for guests.

Key responsibilities

• Clean, service, and prepare guest rooms according to standard operating procedures.
• Make beds, change linens, replenish amenities, and ensure bathrooms are sanitized and stocked.
• Conduct final room checks before marking rooms as ready for guests.
• Maintain cleanliness of lobbies, corridors, staircases, and washrooms.
• Coordinate with the Front Office on room status updates and report any maintenance issues or lost items.
• Handle cleaning chemicals safely, manage housekeeping carts, and follow all hygiene, sanitation, and safety standards.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of housekeeping experience, preferably in hospitality.
• Physical fitness and strong attention to detail.
• Willingness to work rotational shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Required skills

• Basic understanding of cleaning techniques and appropriate use of cleaning chemicals.
