About the role

Hotel Growth Partners is seeking a Hotel Partnerships Executive to identify, evaluate and secure high‑quality resort partnerships. This strategic business‑development role focuses on building trusted relationships with independent resorts and boutique hotels, acting as the primary commercial liaison for acquired properties.

Key responsibilities

  • Source and profile independent resorts and boutique hotels that fit the company’s growth strategy.
  • Conduct market mapping, property audits and commercial assessments including ADR, occupancy, OTA performance and pricing opportunities.
  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with owners, presenting realistic growth plans.
  • Manage the full partnership lifecycle from prospecting through onboarding and ongoing account stewardship.
  • Maintain a strong pipeline, produce regular reports and keep market intelligence up to date.

Required profile

  • Proven experience in hospitality revenue management, business development or hotel sales.
  • Deep understanding of hotel commercial metrics such as ADR, occupancy and OTA distribution.
  • Ability to assess property potential and align it with strategic objectives.
  • Strong commercial judgement and relationship‑building skills without reliance on high‑pressure tactics.
