About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic Hospitality Team Member to join one of our high‑energy bars or restaurants in India. This full‑time, on‑site position focuses on delivering memorable guest experiences while supporting daily operations.

Key responsibilities

• Provide consistent, guest‑focused service throughout each shift.
• Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth service flow.
• Maintain quality, hygiene, and safety standards at all times.
• Handle guest queries, reservations, and seating efficiently.
• Assist with special events, promotions, and peak‑service periods.
• Communicate accurately with colleagues and leadership to ensure seamless operations.

Required profile

• Strong customer‑service orientation with a high‑energy approach.
• Operational experience in restaurant or bar environments.
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
• Organizational and time‑management skills for handling multiple tasks.
• Prior hospitality experience preferred but not mandatory.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays on‑site in India.
• Professional attitude, reliability, and willingness to learn.
• Basic proficiency in English and local languages.
