Health Club Instructor

About the role

As a Health Club Instructor at Hilton, you will create memorable fitness experiences for hotel guests and club members. Your passion for hospitality and wellness will shine through every class, personal training session, and guest interaction.

Key responsibilities

• Lead group fitness classes and one‑on‑one personal training sessions tailored to diverse guest needs.
• Engage guests, build rapport, and motivate them to achieve their wellness goals.
• Conduct safety briefings, monitor equipment, and enforce health‑and‑safety standards.
• Develop and update fitness programs in line with current trends and guest preferences.
• Support scheduling, event promotion, and maintain a clean, organized fitness area.
• Collaborate with the health club team to ensure smooth daily operations and high guest satisfaction.

Required profile

• Demonstrated passion for hospitality and guest wellbeing.
• Integrity, leadership, teamwork, ownership, and a sense of urgency.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Required skills

• Certification from a recognized fitness organization (e.g., ACE, NASM, AFAA).
• Current CPR/First Aid certification.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.
