Head OT Cyber Security

About the role

The Head OT Cyber Security will lead Adani Group’s operational technology security programme, protecting critical infrastructure, industrial control systems and OT environments from cyber threats. Reporting to senior leadership, you will shape strategy, drive implementation and ensure resilience across the organisation’s extensive energy and logistics assets.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive OT cybersecurity strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Establish policies, procedures and controls to safeguard OT assets.
• Monitor industry trends, emerging threats and regulatory changes to keep the strategy current.
• Oversee risk assessments, vulnerability management and threat modelling for OT systems.
• Design and implement risk mitigation plans based on findings.
• Lead incident response for OT‑related security events, coordinating detection, containment, investigation and recovery.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to resolve incidents with minimal operational impact.
• Ensure compliance with relevant standards and frameworks such as NIST SP 800‑..

Required profile

• Proven senior leadership experience in OT or industrial control systems security.
• Deep understanding of risk management, vulnerability assessment and incident response in OT environments.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory and industry standards (e.g., NIST).
• Ability to influence cross‑functional teams and drive security initiatives at scale.
