Head of Supply Chain – D2C Skincare Brand

About the role

The company is a fast‑growing D2C skincare brand in India, building an omnichannel presence across its own site, marketplaces and retail. Reporting to the COO, you will own end‑to‑end supply‑chain operations (excluding procurement) and enable the business to scale rapidly.

Key responsibilities

• Own inventory planning, forecasting and stock allocation across all sales channels.
• Manage warehouse operations, logistics planning and distribution efficiency.
• Lead B2B sales fulfilment and maintain high service levels.
• Optimize supply‑chain costs across multiple nodes and improve operational efficiencies.
• Partner with Sales, Finance, Marketplace and Operations teams for demand planning and execution.
• Build and track KPIs for channels such as Nykaa, Amazon, Myntra and Q‑commerce platforms.
• Lead and mentor a team of 10‑15 members, including Assistant Managers and Executives.
• Drive data‑driven decision‑making through advanced Excel, dashboards and analytics.

Required profile

• 6‑12 years of experience in supply‑chain, planning or operations roles.
• Prior experience in D2C, consumer or startup environments, preferably at a scale of ₹150‑200 Cr.
• Exposure to high‑growth setups handling 4‑5 k orders per day.
• Proven team‑management experience with strong stakeholder collaboration.
• High analytical rigor and a track record of stability during rapid growth phases.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel for data analysis and reporting.
• Data analytics and dashboard creation to support decision‑making.
