Onboarding Associate – NORAM Shift (Supply Chain)

About the role

The Supply Chain Onboarding Associate will manage supplier onboarding and compliance activities for NORAM shift programs. Working in a hybrid schedule from Bengaluru, you will coordinate with suppliers, internal teams and clients to ensure all required documentation, contracts and registrations are completed on time. This role is critical to maintaining smooth supplier lifecycles and meeting service level agreements.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end supplier vetting and onboarding for assigned programs and regions.
• Initiate onboarding requests, communicate required documentation and track supplier progress against SLAs.
• Review submissions for completeness, accuracy and compliance with program requirements.
• Identify and resolve missing or inconsistent documentation, escalating risks as needed.
• Maintain accurate supplier records, trackers, dashboards and reports across portals and internal systems.
• Partner with clients, finance, risk, compliance and supply chain teams to resolve issues and support new implementations.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent business experience; fresh graduates are welcome.
