Head of Sales & Business Development – Udaipur

About the role

Mewar Hi-Tech Engineering Ltd. (MHTEL) is seeking a dynamic Head of Sales and Business Development to lead the expansion of its Kingson crusher brand in both domestic and international markets. Based in Udaipur, this full‑time, on‑site position will drive new business opportunities, nurture client relationships, and support the company’s growth strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities across India and overseas.
• Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and lead generation activities.
• Develop proposals, support contract negotiations, and coordinate with sales, production, and logistics teams.
• Track sales performance, prepare forecasts, and contribute to pricing and go‑to‑market strategies.
• Represent MHTEL at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings.

Required profile

• Proven experience in business development, sales, or client relationship management within industrial or engineering sectors.
• Strong market research, strategic planning, and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to work independently on‑site, manage multiple priorities, and collaborate with cross‑functional teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Marketing or related field; advanced degree or certifications are a plus.
• Willingness to travel for client visits, industry events, and site meetings.
