Head of Operations – Restaurants

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Head of Operations to lead our multi‑unit restaurant portfolio in Mumbai. Reporting to senior leadership, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, profitability and exceptional guest experiences across our luxury catering and hospitality brands.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day operations of 10+ restaurant locations, ensuring consistency in service standards and operational efficiency.
• Develop and execute strategies to achieve revenue targets and improve EBITDA.
• Manage P&L, budgeting, cost control and inventory management for each unit.
• Lead, mentor and evaluate a cross‑functional team of managers, chefs and front‑of‑house staff.
• Collaborate with marketing, supply chain and finance to align operational initiatives with business goals.
• Implement and monitor SOPs, health & safety compliance and quality assurance programs.

Required profile

• 12–18 years of experience in restaurant, hospitality or F&B operations.
• Proven track record of leading multi‑unit operations and delivering measurable financial results.
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to influence senior leadership.
• Excellent analytical, budgeting and cost‑control skills.

Required skills

• Expertise in P&L management and financial reporting.
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting and cost optimization.
• Leadership and team development capabilities.
