About the role
DualEntry is looking for a highly ambitious recruiter who thrives in fast‑paced, high‑growth environments. This remote position is open to candidates worldwide, regardless of prior experience, as long as they bring relentless drive and a passion for sourcing top‑tier talent.
Key responsibilities
- Take full ownership of the end‑to‑end recruitment process across multiple regions.
- Maintain an outlier work ethic, operating on a 9 am – 9 pm schedule, six days a week.
- Fill critical roles simultaneously under aggressive timelines.
- Build and nurture talent pipelines in new geographies and open new hiring markets.
Required profile
- Ambitious and results‑oriented mindset.
- Ability to work independently with high agency.
- Comfortable handling a demanding workload and tight deadlines.
Required skills
What we offer
- Base salary ranging from $60,000 to $150,000 USD per year.
- Equity compensation between $20,000 and $60,000 USD.
- Fully remote work arrangement.
